Section 5 IP Acc ess Configuration & Operation 16 5.0.1. KVM over IP Access Features The IP access module provides remote KVM over IP access to the KVM switch CAT-32. It converts all keyboard video and mouse signals and sends them as TCP/IP signals over your LAN/WAN connection.

If you use a German administration system and your host system uses a US English keyboard layout for instance, some speci al keys on the German keyboard will not work as expected.

Section 5 IP Acc ess Configuration & Operation 36 Create a CD-ROM/ ISO Image Follow the procedure below to create a CD-R OM image which can be accessed by the host system via the CAT-32 IP. The image file must be an ISO file format! First, o n your client PC y ou must create an image of your CD which can be accessed by th e host system.
