A-3 INST ALLA TION A-3 SELECT SUIT ABLE LOCA TION The Invertec V350-PRO will operate in harsh environments. Even so, it is important that simple preventative measures are followed in order to assure long life and reliable opera- tion.
A-4 INST ALLA TION A-4 LN-10 Connection Instructions An LN-10 can only be used with the “Factory” & “ Advanced Process ” versions of the 350-Pro. • Turn the Invertec power switch "off" • Connect the K1505 control cable from the LN-10 to the 14-pin MS-style connector.

B-1 OPERA TION INVERTEC® V350-PRO B-1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill. • Do not touch electrically live parts or electrode with skin or wet clothing.
B-2 OPERA TION B-2 STICK = ON CV = REMOTE TIG = REMOTE if remote output controls are attached to the machine. TIG = 0N if remote output controls are not attached to the machine. For all versions, these trigger modes can be over-ridden (switched) with the WELD TERMINALS push button.
B-3 OPERA TION B-3 • The Arc Control regulates the Arc Force to adjust the short circuit current. The minimum setting (-10) will produce a "soft" arc and will produce minimal spatter. The maximum setting (+10) will produce a "crisp" arc and will minimize electrode sticking.

D-1 MAINTENANCE D-1 VISUAL INSPECTION Clean interior of machine with a low pressure air stream. Make a thorough inspection of all compo- nents. Look for signs of overheating, broken leads or other obvious problems. Many problems can be uncovered with a good visual inspection.
