Section 1: INTRODUCTION The Liebert MR1 Mini-Rem ote monitors the operating status and controls the operation of your Liebert Env ironmental unit. It serv es as a remote user interface, supplementing the unit-front controls.
NOTE This equipment has been tested and found to comp ly with the limits for a Class A dig ital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to prov ide reasonable protection against harm ful interference when the equipment is operated in a com mercial environm ent.

Electrical Connections Th e MR1 Mini- R em ote requires a two- wire connection (field- supplied) to com m unicate with the Env i ronm ental unit under its control. T h e stranded tw isted- pair connects to the MR1 interface board at T B 2- 11 (T+) and T B 2- 12 (T - ) .

Section 3: HA RDWA RE CONFIGURA TION DIP Switch Settings The following user selectable operations are set by DIP SW1 on the display panel circuit board: Refer to Table 2 and Figure 3. Position OFF ON 1 Audible beeper enabled Audible beeper disabled 2 Remote on/off disabled.

The display alternates between show ing the tem p erature and humidity readings, and cooling / heating , de/hum idification, and econocyc le operating status.
