Antenna Connection Player Player NO TE T o prevent noise pickup . keep the AM Loop antenna away from the unit and other components. After connecting the FM wire antenna, keep it as horizontal as possible.

Connect the headphones (or line out ) jack of the portable audio player into the PORT. IN of this unit. And then select the [PORT ABLE] option by pressing RADIO&INPUT and ENTER ( ).
26 Installation Installation 3 HDMI IN 1/2 connection Y ou can enjoy the pictures and sound of your component with this connection. Connect the HDMI OUT jack of your component into the HDMI IN 1 or 2 jack on this unit. And then select the [HDMI IN 1/2] option by pressing RADIO&INPUT and ENTER ( ).
27 Installation 3 Installation Connecting to your Home Network This player can be connected to a local area network (LAN) via the LAN por t on the rear panel or the internal wireless module.
28 Installation Installation 3 Wired Network Setup Before setting the wir ed network , you need to connect the broadband internet to your home network . If there is a DHCP ser ver on the local area network (LAN) via wired connection, this player will automatically be allocated an IP address .

Y ou can also test it on the [Connection Status] in the [Setup] menu. Wireless Network Connection Another connection option is to use an Access Point or a wir eless router .
30 Installation Installation 3 Wireless Network Setup Before setting the wir eless network , you need to: – connect the broadband internet to the wireless home network. – set the access point or wireless rout er . – note the SSID and security code of the network .
31 Installation 3 Installation [Manual] – Y our access point may not be broadcasting its access point name(SSID). Check your router settings thr ough your computer and either set your rout er to broadcast SSID , or manually enter the access point name(SSID) in [Manual].
32 Installation Installation 3 Some internet connection operations may not be possible due to certain restrictions set by the Internet ser vice provider (ISP) supplying your broadband Internet connection. Any fees char ged by an ISP including, without limitation, connection charges are your responsibility .

34 Installation Installation 3 NO TE This player supports USB ash memory/ex ternal HDD formatted in F A T16, F A T32 and NTFS when accessing les (music, photo, movie). However , for BD-LIVE and Audio CD recor ding, only F A T16 and F A T32 formats are supported.

38 Installation Installation 3 HD A V Sync Sometimes Digital T V encounters a delay between picture and sound. If this happens you can compensate by setting a delay on the sound so that it e ectively ‘ waits’ f or the pic ture to arrive: this is called HD A V Sync.

[Rating 1-8] Rating one (1) has the most restrictions and rating eight (8) is the least restrictive. [Unlock] If you select this, parental control is not active and the disc plays in full.
