6 Optional Leather Wiper The leather wiper functions to help reduce the am ount of over sp ray that might be carrie d from the blade to the upper wheel chamber. If you run the saw with a di amond blade, we recomme nd you install the wiper at this time.
7 4. Make sure you have prope r eye pr otection on before operating the saw. 5. Turn on the saw. The black control kno b is located on the left side of the saw. Please note the saw has a variabl e spe ed motor. Y ou need to turn the knob slowly until you reach your desired sawin g speed.
8 7) Pushing too hard will not increase cutting spe ed. It will actually slow it down. Use the speed control to adjust sawing speed to the ma terial bein g cut and intricacy involved. For tight inside curves and intricate work, operate at a slower sp eed t o maintain control and not twist the blade.
