2 Prep a re for Cables Bottom cable entry From the r ear of t he UPS, loos en the s ix M4 screws from the uppe r cover ( the cable landing ar ea) on th e back a nd remove. Rout e the c able s from t he slanted back plat e, up throu gh the punch ed bracket, and int o the cabl e landing a rea.
3 Connect the DC Battery Cables (if applicable) Connect bat tery cables BA T+, BA T÷, a nd N to the batt ery cabl e landings . Note: ONL Y APC Smart-UPS VT XR Battery Enclo sure (SUVTRBXRB6) must b e connected t o the UPS.
