33 HOW TO INSTALL AND REPL ACE BAT TERIES IN THE WEATHER STAT ION The W eath er statio n uses 3 x AA, IEC LR6, 1.5V batteries. Whe n batteries will need to be repla ced, the l ow battery icon wil l appea r on the LCD. To instal l and r eplace th e batterie s, please fo llow the steps below: 1.
34 BATTE RY CHANGE: It is recommended to replace t he batteri es in al l un its on an a nnual ba sis to ensur e optimum accuracy of these units. Please participat e in the preservation of the environment. Return used batteries t o an authorised depot .

If the recepti on is no t successful at 03:00 am, then the next reception ta kes place th e next hour and so on until 06:00am, or until the recept ion i s successful. If the reception is not successf ul at 06:0 0 am, then the next attempt will take pl ace the next day at 02: 00 am.

44 To set the cl ock: 1. The hour an d minute digi ts start fl ashing i n the ti me display secti on. 2. Use the IN key to adjust the hou rs and the OUT key to adjust the minutes. If you hol d the key whil e you adjust, the hours move 1 hour and th e minutes move 5 m inutes.
45 3. Press the IN (or OUT ) key to set the d ate and the OUT (or IN) key to set the month requir ed. 4. Confirm with the SET key and exit the setting mode by pressi ng the CH key twice. Note: Skip t he SNOOZE function , as it i s not avai labl e in Fr ance’s model.
