4 VP -427 - Overview 3 Overv iew The Kramer VP - 427 is a receiver /scaler for HD BaseT tw isted pair, HDMI , bidirectional RS-232 an d IR signal s. The unit re ceives an HDBa seT signal that it converts to HDM I, IR and passed RS -232 signals . It up- or dow n-scales the picture to match the re solution of the HDMI monitor.
