6. Activation Preparing for use • Remo ve the radio and accessories from the pack aging. • Remo ve all transport restraints and adhesive tape/films.
Connecting Headphones Y ou can connect stereo heaphones to the pock et radio with a 3.5 mm jack plug. The headphones socket is located on the left side of the radio. When you hav e connected the headphones, the loudspeaker is dis- connected and you will only hear sound thr ough the headphones.
T o control the V olume • Turn the On/Off switch wit h volume contr ol w upwards to incr ease the v olume. • T urn the On/Of f switch with volume control w down wards to reduce the volume.
8. Cleaning and maintenance Important! Make sur e that no liquids get into the device. • Only clean the device with a lightly moistened cloth. • Do not use detergents or solvents.
