- 2 - THERMAL HEA T BINDING MA C HINE KH 4414 Intended Use This thermal binder is intended exclusiv ely for use in the thermal binding of brochures in domestic house- holds. It is NO T intended for use with any other materials. It is also NO T intended for commercial or industrial applications.
- 3 - Risk of electric shocks. • Connect the appliance to a mains power sock et supplying a voltage of 220 - 240 V ~ /50 Hz. • Do not operate the appliance if the power cable or pow er plug is damaged. • Arrange for defective pow er plugs and/or cables to be replaced at once b y qualif ied technicians or our Customer Ser vice Depar tment.
- 4 - 3 . Inser t the plug into a mains power sock et. 4 . Switch the appliance on by pressing the ON / OF F switch 4 . The red control lamp 7 glows. • As soon as the green control lamp 6 glows the appliance has r eached its operating temperature. Additionally , an acoustic signal sounds.
