- 4 - W A TER BOILER Intended Use This device is intended for heating w ater for house- hold use. It is not intended for use with other liquids or for commercial use.
- 5 - St ar ting U p the Device • Before starting up t he device, mak e cer tain that... – the device, plug and pow er cable are in good working order and... – all packaging materials hav e been remov ed from the device. • Fill the device with water up to the MAX mark and let it come to a full boil once – as described in the next section.
- 6 - Because the device is equipped with a heat maintenance function, the device automatically begins reheating as soon as the water tempe- rature falls belo w the set temperature. The appliance heats until the desired tempera- ture is reached. Mak e sure that the appliance does not automatically switch on to the keep warm function.
- 7 - Disposal Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste. Dispose of the appliance through an appro ved dis- posal centre or at y our community waste facility . Obser ve the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, please contact your w aste disposal centre.
