8 Access Door Removal The acces s door(s) can b e removed i f neces sary to gain a ccess to the inside of t he cab inet a rea. Style 1 (exter nal h inge p in) T o Re move the Door: 1. Open access door . 2. Lift door to slide door hin ge pins from hinge b rackets on cabinet .
9 T o Replace the Doo r: 1. Slide the d oor hinges in to the sl ots in th e frame and pu sh in to seat hinge s. 2. Locat e the 4 hin ge scr ew mounting h oles thr ough the top a nd bottom of the frame and replace the 4 screws. Do not ti ghten. 3. Check and adjust d oor then tighten the screws.
10 11. With a #3 Philli ps screwdriver , replace th e 4 hinge sc rews in the door . D o not ti ghten . 12. With a #2 Philli ps screwdriver , replace the screws around the perimeter of the inner d oor but do n ot tight en. Afte r all th e scr ews have been in stalled , tighten th e scr ews.
