LOADING THE LABEL MEDIA Load label media into the printer as follows: • Open the media cover and lower the Media Hub Guide and Media Guide. • Press in on the Printhead Latch and raise the Printhead Assembly .

TRANSFERRING LABELS TO THE KEYBOARD Y our labels can be transferred to the keyboard at any time by selecting Keyboard > Keyboard Builder or by clicking on the Keyboard Builder which will show a list of all the labels you have saved on your PC.
