Assembl y 7 1. Attach the Fr ont S tabilizer (54) onto Main Frame (1) and secure in place with two Carriage Scr ews (35), two Ar c W ashers (34), and two Cap Nuts (33). 2. Install the Rail T ube (2) to the Main Frame (1) and secure it with two Carriage Bolts (35), two W ashers (34), and two Cap Nuts (33).
Assembl y 8 4. Connect the Extension W ire (72) to Sensor W ir e (73). Next, connect the T ension Cable (68) to the T ension Knob (66). (Refer to Figure 4a on the next page) Slide the Console T ube (3) onto the Main Frame (1) and secure in place using four W ashers (34) and four Hex Head Bolt (65).
Assembl y 9 5. Slide the Left Lower Handlebar (6a) on to the Console T ube (3) and secure it in place using W asher (46), Nylock Nut (45), and Nut Cap (44). Next, slide the Left Upper Handlebar (7a) into the top of the Left Lower Handlebar (6a) and fasten in place using two Carriage Bolts (62), two W ashers (63), and two Cap Nuts (64).
Assembl y 10 7. Connect the Sensor W ire (72) and the Pulse W ires (88) to the Console (9). Then attach the Console (9) to the top of the Console T ube (3) and secure it in place using four Screws (69). Note: The four Scr ews (69) will already be installed into the back of the Console (9) when you r emove it from the box.
