safety Never unscrew the boiler cap whilst the unit is pressurised. Steam will shoot out and burn you. ● Don’t get burnt by the iron’ s steam, hot water , soleplate or ir on rest. ● Keep children away fr om the steam station. And make sure they can’ t grab the cords and pull the steam station down.
● This iron complies with Eur opean Economic Community Directive 89/336/EEC. before using for the first time 1R emove all packaging and any stickers or labels. 2W ind excess cord around the base of the steam station. 3T est the iron on an old cloth to make sure the soleplate and boiler ar e clean.
4 VER Y SLOWL Y unscr ew the boiler cap. If any steam is heard, stop unscrewing the cap and wait until all the steam has gone. Once all the steam has gone continue to slowly unscrew the cap. 5 Use the funnel provided and slowly r efill the boiler by pouring the water down the side of the funnel.
4 Before starting to ir on or if you have not used the steam function for a few minutes or if you have recently cleaned the steam station, hold the iron away fr om your ironing and press the steam button several times. This will enable any cold water condensed in the pipes etc.
