To selecta pile height setting: Turn off vacuum cleaner. Select a pile height setting by tilting the cleaner back until front wheels are lifted slightly off the floor. Slide the adjustment lever to the correct setting. There are four (4) pile height settings on the vacuum cleaner.

TO REPLACE DUST BIN LID Replace dust bin lid assembly by placing back on dust bin with marks on the lid aligned as shown under Open (For EmpO#ng ) on the back of the dust bin.
The HEPA exhaust filter must be replaced when dirty. It should be replaced regularly dependingon use conditions. The fitter CANNOT be washed as it will lose its dust trapping ability. Note: See PARTS AND FEATURES for the exhaust filter number. Remove exhaust filter cover by pressing the release tab on the cover and rotating out from vacuum.
