6 2.1 INSTALLING SIM CARDS & BATTERY Please sw itch off your device before removing t he battery, inserting a SIM or memory card. Installing Battery To install the batte ry please follow the steps below:- Remove the ba ck cover of the device. Hold the device w ith the front facing downwards.
8 3.1 CALLING Making Calls If the icon is visible in the informat ion bar at the t op of the screen, then you can make or receive ca lls. To make a call, follow the st eps below: Direct dial In sta ndby mode, p ress t he corresponding numeric keys to enter the phon e number that you want to di al, including necess ary area codes.
10 Contact details ( name and number) are stored in the p honebook. You can save information such as name and phone number. To add a Contact From the home scre en press the right soft key [Na mes] or select ‘Phonebook’ from the main menu. Select the ‘A dd new contact’ option Select ‘To SIM’ or ‘T o Phone’.
12 5.1 PROFILES The phone provides y o u with four profiles: general, silent, meeting, outdoor. The profiles tailor the p hone settings according to different environments by using a range of different t ones and alerts. These profiles can be personalised according to your requirement s.
14 5.7 CONNECTIVITY Data account Preloaded MMS accounts are displayed. These accounts can be manually edited, de leted and added. Bluetooth You can transfe r data, such as music to other de vice using Bluetooth. Search the device and acc ept/transfer data.

18 8.3 ALARM A l arms can be set t o sound at the specified time. To a dd a new alarm follow these steps:- Launch the alarm fe ature through the ‘Extras’ menu. Highlight an alarm and select ‘Edit’. In the status menu s elect ‘On’. Select time for a larm to sound and repeat value.
