J8472pr-0920 8 Children can be har med b y small par ts , shar p edges and sharp points in the vehicle's unassembled state , or b y electrical items. Care should be taken in unpac king and assembly of the v ehicle . Children should not handle par ts, including the battery , or help in assembly of the v ehicle .
J8472pr-0920 9 • Slide a 7 / 16 " washer onto the rear axle . • Slide a wheel cov er , indented side do wn , onto the rear axle. • Locate a wheel marked L . Slide the wheel, indented side down , onto the rear axle. • Slide a b ushing, barrel side down , onto the rear axle.
J8472pr-0920 10 Plate • While holding the handlebar in place, carefully turn the vehicle o ver . • Again, make sure the end of the steering column is through the hole in the steering linkage. • Fit the steering column cap onto the end of the steer ing column.
J8472pr-0920 11 • Fit the front clip onto the front of the vehicle , as shown. Hint: The front clip ma y already be on the v ehicle. Front Clip FRONT VIEW 13 • “Snap” a hubcap onto the center of each wheel co ver . • T urn the vehicle upright.
J8472pr-0920 12 • Fit the brush guard onto the front clip. • Inser t two #8 x 3 / 4 " scre ws into the lower holes in the brush guard and tighten. Brush Guard 14 • Inser t two #8 x 2" scre ws into the upper holes in the brush guard and tighten.
J8472pr-0920 13 18 Seat Drive Buttons • Bef ore applying the labels, wipe the surf ace of the v ehicle with a clean, dr y cloth to remo ve an y dust or oils. • Place the labels e xactly as shown in the illustrations . For best results, a void repositioning a label once it has been applied to the vehicle .

Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed P o wer Wheels ® 12 volt charger bef ore operating your v ehicle f or the first time.

J8472pr-0920 18 As assembled, y our v ehicle is ready to roll in low speed (2 1 / 2 mph, maxim um). It has been pre-set so it will only operate in low speed.
J8472pr-0920 19 • Check all scre ws, cap nuts and their protectiv e co verings regularly and tighten as required. Check plastic par ts on a regular basis f or crac ks or broken pieces . • During snowy or rainy w eather , the v ehicle should be stored inside or under a protectiv e cov er .

A ne w battery should have been charged f or at least 18 hours before using the v ehicle f or the first time. After first- time use, recharge the battery for at least 14 hours after each use.
