Do not omit an y steps. Please set aside at least 30 minutes f or assembl y . 8 3 2 Inset 1 5 Assembly F 13 • Apply label #13 to the recessed circle on each front wheel, as shown. Wheel Bushing • T ur n the front wheels over . • Fit a wheel bushing into the rectangular opening in each front wheel.
9 7 8 9 10 Bottom View 6 Assembly Handlebar Wire Har ness Handlebar Guides • T ur n the handlebar upside down. • Align the handlebar wire harness with the guides on the underside of the handlebar . • Push fir mly on the handlebar wire harness near each of the guides to secure the wire in the underside of the handlebar .
13 10 12 14 Assembly Steering Column Cap Nut Handlebar Hole Handlebar Wire Har ness Steering Column Bushing • P osition the vehicle body upright. • While fitting the handlebar onto the end of the steering column, inser t the end of the handlebar wire har ness through the hole in the front of the v ehicle body .
• P osition the vehicle body on its side. • Using a Phillips screwdriv er to steady the screw and pliers to grip the lock n ut, continue to tighten the bolt and lock n ut on each footrest. • P osition the vehicle body upright. 11 16 17 Assembly • Align the holes in a f ootrest with the holes in one end of the f ootrest suppor t.

1 2 3 4 14 Battery Installation H Important Note: Use only a P ower Wheels ® (4 Amp/hr .) batter y with a P ower Wheels ® 25 amp fuse installed. Use of any other batter y or fuse will damage your v ehicle.
If a battery leak develops, av oid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged batter y in a plastic bag. See inf or mation below for proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or ey es, flush with cool water f or at least 15 minutes and call a physician.
