7 Using Y our Blender Befor e Fir st Use Bef ore using y our Kambrook Blender f or the first time, remo ve all pac kaging material and promotional labels. Ensure the appliance is switched of f at the pow er outlet and pow er cord is unplugged. W ash the lid, inner cap and blender jug in w ar m soapy w ater with a soft cloth.
8 Hints and Tips • Ensure the maxim um lev el on the blender jug is not exceeded. Ensure the lid fits securely and the inner cap is on. • When crushing ice cubes in the blender , always use the pulse setting and ensure the blender jug is completely dr y .
9 Care and Cleaning Ensure the blender has stopped operation b y turning the speed control dial to “OFF”. Switch of f at the power outlet and unplug the pow er cord. Lift the blender jug upw ards from the motor base to remo ve. Ensure all liquids have been r emov ed from the blender jug.
