9 Fit the appliance in the niche by making sur e that it stands against the interior surface of the unit on the side where the door hinges of the a ppliances are fitted. Inser t the appliance until the upper strip butts up against the unit (1) and mak e sure that the lo wer hinge is in line with the surface of the unit (2).
10 Place guide (Ha) on the inside part of the furniture door , up and down as shown in the figur e and mark the position of external holes. After ha ving drilled holes, fix the guide with the scre ws supplied.
11 If the appliance is fix ed to the side of the kitchen unit, simply slack en the scr ews in fixing brack ets (E), mov e the brack ets as shown in the figur e and re- tighten the scre ws. After completion of the door re versing operation, check that the door gask et adheres to the cabinet.

14 Normal Operating Sounds • Y ou may hear faint gurgling or bubbling sounds when the refrigerant is pumped thr ough the coils or tubing at the rear , to the cooling plate/eva porator or to the fix ed freezer shelv es.
15 Mo vable shelv es The walls of the refrigerator ha ve runners so that the shelves can be positioned as desir ed . For better use of space, the front half-shelv es can lie ov er the rear ones. P ositioning the door shelves T o permit storage of food packages of various sizes, the door shelves can be adjusted in height.
16 F ood Storag e • T o obtain the best results fr om y our appliance, neither hot foods nor liquids which ma y eva porate , should be placed in the larder compartment. • K eep the time between buying chilled f ood and placing it in your fridge as short as possible.
Defr osting Refrigerator The refrigerator automaticall y defr osts ev er y time the compressor stops. The water is discharged, via the pipe , into a tra y located at the back of the appliance above the compressor , where it eva porates.
