POWER SOURCE This AM/FM CD Cassett e Recorder operates on 6 X `C' siz e (UM-2) b atteries (Not included) or from AC120V ~ 60Hz line power sup ply. A. BATTERY OPERATION For best pe rformance and longer oper ating time, we recommend the u se of alkalin e batteries.
CD PLAYER OPERATION Note: This CD player will not only pl ay commercial CDs, but also self-compiled CD-R/RW discs. Do not attempt to pla y CD-ROM, CDI, VCD , DVD or computer CDs. Notes on CD-R/RW Discs • Because of non-standardized format definition/production of CD-R/RW, playback quality & performance are not guaranteed.

When returning the unit, please remove batteries to prevent damage to the unit in transit and/or from possible battery leakage.
