Aut o C ook allows you to cook or r e heat common mi c rowave prepar e d foods w ithout needing to program times and power levels. The Auto Cook has presettimes and power levels for three food categories: baked potatoes,fresh vegetables and cup(s) of drink.
Use the defrost setting to defrost meats, poultry and seafood from .5 pounds to 6.5 pounds. The Defro s t P a d can be used for Weight Defrost or Time Defrost. • Touch the D e frost P a d once for defrosting by weight. • Touch the Defrost P a d twice for defrosting by time.

Tips 1. Do not defrost covered meat. Covering m i ght allow cooking to take place. Always remove outer wrap and tray. P l acefood on a microwave-saferack in a dish. During "defrost, juices accumulate in dish and may become hot enough to cook the food.
The Auto Startfeature al l ows you to program your oven to begin cookingat a presettime of day - up to a delay of 11 hours and 59 minutes. You can program two sequ e ntial operations using two different power levels. * If you wish to cook with one Stage, omit steps 4, 5 and 6.

A minimum o f maintenance is needed t o keep the micro w ave oven c l ean and tr o ub l e free. The oven itself should be cleaned after each use with a damp cloth to keep it free from grease and soil buildup. Stubborn soils can be removed with a plastic scrub pad .
