2 Always keep wooden and plastic utensils and canned food a safe distance away from your warming drawer. Teach children not to play with the con- trols or any other part of the warming drawer. Do not place more than 75 pounds into the drawer. For your safety, never use your appliance for warming or heating the room.
3 O PERA TING I NSTRUCTIONS U SING THE W ARMING D RA WER Do not use to heat cold food other than proofing yeast dough, crisping crackers, chips or dry cereal. C ONTROL K NOBS The warming drawer controls are hidden with the drawer shut. Open the drawer.
4 T O W ARM S ER VING B OWLS AND P LA TES • To warm serving bowls and plates set the control on LOW. • Use only heat-safe dishes. • Place the empty dishes on the rack to raise them off the bottom of the drawer.
5 T EMPERA TURE S ELECTION FOR M OIST F OODS To keep several different foods hot, set the temperature for the food needing the high- est setting. Place the items needing the highest setting on the bottom of the drawer and items needing less heat on the rack.
6 C ARE & C LEANING • Be sure appliance is off and all parts are cool before handling or cleaning. This is to avoid damage and possible burns. C ONTROL K NOBS • The control knobs may be removed for easier cleaning. • Before removing the knobs for cleaning, make sure they are in the vertical position.
