Rinse Regulating Thermostat Replacement (From EGO brand to Stemco) 07610-003-13-91 A November 16, 2005 Dishmachine Maintenance Instructions.
Many dishmachines comes with integral booster tanks to ensure proper temperature of the final rinse. Jackson has predom - inantly used two manufacturers of thermostats, EGO and Stemco. These instructions are for use with kit 06401-003-13-94, which is to replace an EGO rinse regulating thermostat with a Stemco brand.
5. Attach the jumper wires to the wires that you removed from the old thermostat. 6. Slide the new imperial brass fitting from your kit onto the new thermostat. 7. Insert the new thermostat/brass fitting combination into the well and tighten down the brass fitting by hand.
