Hard ware Installation 1. Batteries installation The first step is the installation of the batteries. Open the batter y compar tment of the mouse and put the two rechargeable batteries in the compar tment and then close it. Plug the A C/DC adapter into the charging cradle and allow batteries to charge for at least 2 hours.

Mouse Configureation MOUSE CONFIGURA T ION On this par t of the configuration, we will show y ou how to program the mouse progra mmable buttons (buttons 3, 4, and 5). Right-click on the mouse icon which will bring up the menu below . Click on Setting to access the mouse settings panel 1.

As y ou can see on the right-hand side panel, you can assign a function to the mouse program- mable buttons 3, 4, and 5 from this window . T o do this, click on “System Default” to see a list of the functions that can be assigned to each of the mouse b uttons.
As an example, we will assign the f ollowing functions to the mouse: Button 3 (scroll wheel) – Enter [this is the equivalent of a left-click on the mouse] Button 4 – Inter net Explorer Forward [th.

Function Keys on the K eyboard Once you hav e installed the Keyboard drivers from the Installation CD , the functions keys (F2 through F12) on your IOGEAR Wireless ke yboard will hav e added functionality when using your web bro wser .
