Regular cleaning will reveal loose or worn parts and enhance the smooth operation of your power ed scooter .
SECTION 4—SAFETY INSPECTION Lynx™L-3 & Lynx L-4 20 Part No. 1143205 ❑ Tighten locknut if the fro nt wheel wobbles noticeably or loosen locknut if the wheel binds to a stop. ❑ Ensure that wheel bearings are clean and free of moisture. ❑ Ensure that the bolts and fasten ers on the caster assemblies are tight.

NOTE: For driving indoors or on uneven terrain, a slower speed is r e comme nded. For soft terrain or steep inclines (no gr eater than 8°), a faster speed may be necessary .

Secure the thermal switch to the s ide of the left battery using tape*. *NOTE: The thermal switch needs to be well secur ed and in dire ct contact with the side of the battery .
SECTION 10—BATTERIES Part No. 1143205 41 Lynx™L-3 & Lynx L-4 Charging the Batteries WARNING NEVER attempt to recharge the batteries by attaching cables directly to the battery terminals o r clamps. DO NOT attempt to recharge the batteri es and operate the powered scooter at the sam e time.
SECTION 10—BATTERIES Lynx™L-3 & Lynx L-4 42 Part No. 1143205 7. Plug the other end of the battery c harger cable into 110-v olt wall outlet. NOTE: The battery charger lig ht will be YELLOW or RED. 8. Allow the batteries to charge until the charger light turns GREEN.

An important point after buying a device Invacare Lynx L-4 (or even before the purchase) is to read its user manual. We should do this for several simple reasons:
If you have not bought Invacare Lynx L-4 yet, this is a good time to familiarize yourself with the basic data on the product. First of all view first pages of the manual, you can find above. You should find there the most important technical data Invacare Lynx L-4 - thus you can check whether the hardware meets your expectations. When delving into next pages of the user manual, Invacare Lynx L-4 you will learn all the available features of the product, as well as information on its operation. The information that you get Invacare Lynx L-4 will certainly help you make a decision on the purchase.
If you already are a holder of Invacare Lynx L-4, but have not read the manual yet, you should do it for the reasons described above. You will learn then if you properly used the available features, and whether you have not made any mistakes, which can shorten the lifetime Invacare Lynx L-4.
