The POD-6552 comes with an embedded high-performance Celeron® M 600 MHz processor on-board, and one socket479 optional for Celero n-M CPU.

A jumper is a metal br idge used to close an electric cir- cuit. It consists of two metal pi ns and a small metal clip (often protected by a plastic cover) that slides over the pins to connect them.

Plug the other end of the cable in to the Enhanced IDE hard drive, with pin 1 on the cable corresponding to pin 1 on the hard drive.

29 4.2 Award BIOS setup A ward’ s BIOS ROM h as a built-in Set up program that allows users to modify the basic system configu ration. This type of inform ation is stored in battery-backed CMOS RAM so that it reta ins the Setup in formation when the power is turned off.
