Introduction: This document is i ntended to assist users of the Intel® Remote Access service. This quick start guide provi des instructio ns on establishing end-to-end Exclusive Access connectivity from your desktop to the re mote Software Development Vehicle (SDV) using an SSL connection and Web browser.

File Sharing The next steps w ill walk th ou gh the process of f ile sharing bet ween a host machine and a Virtual machine. Windows 1. Click on System Name under the File s headi ng to access that Server’s Directory. • For each time that you f irst access the File Sharin g application in your session yo u w ill be prom p ted to aut hentica t e to the Remote SD V.
4. Select the Directory to transfer the file to by clicking on the name. 5. Then just drag the fi le from your client s ystem’s Windows Expl orer to the chosen directory on the SDV. • By using th is method there is a reduct ion of CPU utilizat ion on your local file system.

4. Type in the IP Address provi ded by the SAM window tha t has the port 22 notification as the Li nux* based platform. Use ‘root’ as the User Name and ‘22 ’ as the Port Number in the Co nnect to Server window. 5. Connection established as noted in the bottom status bar.
