16574204_ed1 3 For Lev er Throttle Install Thr ottle Lever (10) on Head Block (1) and secure with Throttle Lever P in (11). Coat the Throttle V alve F ace (6) with O-ring lubricant and install it on the T hrottle Valv e (5). Install the Thr ottle V alve in the Head Block, stem rst, until st em contacts the T hrottle Lever .
