A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the two Stabiliz ers (#1) by a Cross Brace (#4) in the mid-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide both a Rubber Bumper (20) and Safety Stop (#6) onto a Guide R od (#8). B.) Sl ide a Slidi ng Bar C atch (#5) onto the Guide R od from the top. C.) Insert the botto m of Guide Rod in to the ring cap on the lef t Stabilizer.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) N OTE: Help of another person is str ongly recommended fo r this step. Place the Lifting Sleev e (#9) in between the tw o Sliding Bar Catches ( #5). Ali gn the holes. Insert the W eight Bar (#10) i nto the Bar Catch from one end and throug h the Lif ting Sleeve to the other Bar Catch on the opposit e end.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the rear of the Bench Main Base Frame (#27) to the Bench Rear Stabilizer (#28). Secure i t wi th one 4 ¾” x 2” Bracket ( #13), tw o M10 x 2 ¾ ” Carr iage Bol ts (#23), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#25), and tw o M10 Airc raft Nuts (#24).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach tw o Ø ½” Bushings ( #35) to both ends of the pivot on the Backrest Incl ine Support (#30). B.) Pl ace the Backrest Incline Suppor t (#30) in betw een the two Backrest Supports (#29) .
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Pl ace the Backrest Board (#33) onto the Backrest Supports. Secure i t wi th four M6 x 2” Hex Bolts (#41) and Ø ½ ” W ashers (#42). B.) Place the Seat (#34) onto the Seat Supports. Secure it w ith f our M6 x 2” Hex Bolts (#41) and Ø ½” W ashers (#42).
