A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach an Upright Be am (#4) to th e Lef t S tabilizer (#1).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Slide the Sliding Bl ock (#17) onto the M ain Seat Support (#6) . Use a M18 Lock Knob (#24) to hold the Sl iding Bl ock in position. B.) Attach the Rear of the Main Seat Support to the Cross Brace ( #3). Secure them w ith two M10 x 2 ½ ” Carriage Bol ts (#47), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#58), and M 10 Aircr aft Nuts (#56).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Bracket (#12) to the short piv ot on the Sliding Block (#17). Secur e it wi th one M10 x 5” Allen Bolt ( #48), two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#58), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#56). B.) Place the Backrest Incline Support (#10) in between the tw o Backrest Supports (#9).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Insert one Foam Roll Tube (#8) hal fway thr ough the hole on the Leg Dev eloper Hol der (#7). Insert tw o Foam Roll Tubes (#8) halfw ay throug h the holes on the Leg Developer (#23). Push six Foam Rolls (#30) onto the Tubes from both ends.
