A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left and Right U pright Beams ( #3) & (#4) by a Cr oss Brace (#5) i n the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Seat Br acket (#8) to the piv ot on the Sliding Block (#11) . Plug tw o ∅ 5/8” x 3/8” Bushings ( #55) to the holes, one on each side.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Insert the Leg Developer Holder (#18) into the opening on the Front Stabiliz er (#1). Secure it w ith a Lock Knob (#53). B.) Attach the Leg Developer (#6) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#18). Secur e it w ith an Axl e (#54), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#42), and M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#37).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#52) to the Arm C url Stand ( #17). Secure it w ith two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #39) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#43). Insert the Arm C url Stand into the openi ng on the back of Left Upright Beam (#3) for stor age.
