A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Sl ide tw o Round Rubber Bumper s (#55) onto the Gui de Rods (#14).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Ba se Frame (# 1) to the Rea r St a bilizer (#2). Secure it with one Bracke t (#41), tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolts (#79), ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#81), and M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#84). Do not tig hten the Nuts and Bolts yet.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Left and Right Front Pr esses (#6 & 7) to the piv ot on the Main Base Frame (#1). Secure them together w ith a M10 x 8 1/8” Ax le (#38), two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#81), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#84) . B.) Attach the Front Press Bracket ( #15) to the Front Presses.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Sl ide one Butterfly Support Bracket (#10) onto the Rig ht Butterfly ( #9). Insert the Ri ght Butterfly i nto the pivot on the Butter fly Support Fr ame (#13) from the bottom. Secure i t wi th one ∅ 1 ½” W asher (#21), ∅ 1 3/8” Lock Ri ng (#57) , M6 x 1 5/8” Hex Bolt (#76), and M 6 Aircraft Nut (#85) .
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach two ∅ 1” x ¼” Bushings ( #60) to the piv ot on the Leg Dev eloper (#11). Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#11) to the Bracket in front of the Seat. Secure it w ith one M12 x 3 1/8” Allen Bolt ( #67), tw o ∅ 1” W ashers (#80) and one M12 Aircr aft Nut (#83).

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the Lat Bar Holder ( #16) to the top of Vertical Beam (#3). Secure i t wi th one M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolt (#79) , ∅ ¾” W asher (#81), and M10 Air craft Nut (#84). B.) Attach the 109” Upper C able (#26) to the top openi ng on the Verti cal Beam.
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 77” Butter fly Cable ( #28) to the slot on the Right Butterfly Support Bracket (#10). D raw the Cable tow a rds the right open bracket on the Upper Frame (#4). B.) Attach a Pul ley ( #64) to the bracket.
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 161” Low er Cable ( #27) to the opening on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#11) . B.) Attach a Pulley (#64) to the opening . Secure it with one M10 x 2 ½” Allen Bolt (#68), tw o ∅ 7/8” Pulley Bushing s (#44), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#84).

STEP 9 (See Diagram 9 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 46” Front Press Cabl e (#29) to the bracket on the M ain Base Frame (#1) . Secure the Cable to the br acket wi th one M10 x 1 1/8” Allen Bolt ( #71), two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#81), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#84).
STEP 10 (See Diagram 10) A.) C over the W eight stack by tw o W eight Stack Covers ( #19). Secure each W eight Stack Cover with tw o M10 x ¾” Allen Bolts ( #72) and ∅ ¾” W ashers (# 81). B.) C onnect the Lat Bar (#17) to the Upper Cabl e (#26) w ith two C-cli ps (#45) and one Short Chain (#40) .
