A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that two or more people assemble this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Do NOT tighten the nuts and bolts until instructed to do so.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide 14 W eight Plates (#20) onto the Gui de Rods (#8). M ake sure the deep gr ooves on the Plates all face dow n and to the same direction. Inser t the Selector Rod ( #10) into the center hole on the Plates. Sli de the Selector Stem (#19) onto the Guide Rods.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Front Press (#6) to the Upper Frame ( #4). Alig n the holes. Insert the Front Pr ess Axle ( #35) throug h the holes. Secure it w ith one M10 x 5/8” Al len Bolt (#53) , one Ø ¾” Lock W asher (#57), one Ø ¾ ” W asher on each end of the Axle.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat Suppor t (#1) to the Ver tical Frame ( #3). Secure it w ith two M10 x 3 ¾” Carri age Bolts ( #48), one 4 3/8” x 1 ¾” Br acket (#13), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#60), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#62) . B.

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 149” Upper C able (#21) to the front openi ng on the Upper Frame (#4). NOTE: The Ball Stopper on the Cable needs to be underneath the Fr ame.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 123” Low er Cable (#22) to the openi ng on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#7). B.) Attach a Pulley (#24) to the opening. Secure i t wi th one M10 x 2 ½” All en Bolt (#50), tw o Ø 7/8” x 5/8” Bushings (#36), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut ( #62).
