A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Adj ustable Wrench and A llen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram1) A.) Attach the Rear Stabiliz er (#26) to the Main Frame (#15).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Handlebar Post (#4) to the Mai n Frame (#15). C onnect the Middle Computer Sensor W ire (#3) from the bottom of Handlebar Post to the Low er Computer Sensor W ire (#19) from the main body of the bike. Connect the Upper Tension Connector (#20) to the Bracket on the Low er Tension Connector ( #21).
HOW TO CONNECT TENSION CONNECTOR Slide the Cabl e wi re from the Upper Tension Connector i n between the openi ng on the wi re holder on the Low er Tension Connector. Pull the Upper Tension Connector backw ard and slide the w ire through the slot on the bracket.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Insert the Handl ebar (#7) halfway through the openi ng on the back of the Handlebar Post (#4). Adjust the posi tion of the handlebar. Secure it w ith a L-shape Handlebar Adjustment Knob (#5) and Ø 5/8” W a sher (#6). B.) Lubricate the i nside of the Handlebar Gr ips (#31) w ith water.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat ( #8) to the top of the Seat Post (#10). Secure i t wi th three Ø 5/16” W ashers (#11), Ø 5/16” Spring W ashers (#12), and M 8 Nyl on Nuts (#13). B.) Inser t the Seat Post into the top opening on Main Frame ( #15).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Thread the Left Pedal (#27) countercl ockwi se onto the left Crank (#14) . Thread the Right Pedal (#28) Cl ockwi se onto the Crank on the other si de.

COMPUTER DETA IL OF OPERAT ION: SET CLOCK: Once the batteries are i nstalled, the Hour di git star ts flashing. Press U P or DOW N button to set the hour and then press ENTER. After the Hour is set, the Mi nute digit starts flashing. Pr ess UP or DOW N button to set the minute then press ENTER.
Operating th e Co mputer Count Up The computer can be turned on by pr essing any of the three keys or by si mply pedaling the bike. The values for Time, Dist, and Cal will start from Zero and accumulates upwar d. To reset all val ues back to Zero, Press and Hold D own the Enter key for tw o seconds.
