HARDWARE PACK 3.
A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Rig ht Uprig ht Beam (#1) and Left Upright Beam (#2) by a Cross Brace (#3) in the mi d-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide the Slidi ng Block ( #5) onto the Main Seat Suppor t (#4). Ali gn the holes and secur e it w ith a Lock Knob (#23). B.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Bracket (#6) to the pi vot on the Sli ding Block ( #5). Push tw o ∅ ¾” x 3/8” Bushings (#53) throug h the holes on the Seat Bracket into both ends of the pivot. B.) Attach the Backrest Supports (#12) to the Bushings.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat Incl ine Adjustment (#19) to the two front hol es on the bottom of Seat Bracket (#6). Pl ace the Seat (#18) onto the Seat Bracket. Al ign the hol es and secure it w ith four M8 x ¾ ” Allen Bolts (#35) and four ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#36).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Inser t one Foam Tube (#31) halfw ay thr ough the hole on the Leg Dev eloper Hol der (#8). Insert tw o Foam Tubes (#31) halfway thr ough the holes on the Leg Developer (#9). B.) Push si x Foam Rol ls (#32) onto the Tubes from both ends.
