A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required to A ssemble the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left & Right Uprig h t Beams (#1) & (#2) by a C ross Brace (#3) in the mid-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the back of the Main Seat Suppor t (#10) to the Cr oss Brace (#3). Secure it w ith one 4 3/8” Bracket (#9), tw o M10 x 2 ½” Car riag e Bolts (#36), two ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#37), and two M 10 Aircraft Nuts ( #38).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Br acket (#19) to the piv ot on the Sliding Block (#11) . Attach two Bushing s (#20) to the holes. Attach two Backr est Supports (#22) to the Bushings. Al ign the hol es and secure them wi th one M10 x 7 ¼” Hex Bolt (#40), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#37), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#38) .
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Pl ace Backrest Board (#24) onto Backrest Supports (#22) . Secure it with four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #35) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#34). B.) Pl ace Seat (#25) onto the Seat Bracket ( #19). Secure the tw o back holes with two M 8 x 5/8” Al len Bolts (#33) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#34).
