A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the two Rear U pright Beams ( #1) by the Cross Brace ( #2) in the mid- span.
A.) Attach the rear of the Main Seat Support (#3) to the Cr oss Brace (#2). Secur e it with one Bracket (#13), tw o M10 x 2 3/8” Hex Bolts (#25), four ∅ ¾” W ashers (#33), and two M 10 Aircraft Nuts (#30) . B.) Attach the f ront of the Main Seat Support (#3) to the Front Support (#4) .
A.) Attach the front holes on the Backrest Supports (#7) to the piv ot on the Main Seat Support (#3). Place the other end of the Backrest Supports (#7) on the Backrest Adj ustment Bar (#6). Place the Backrest Board ( #8) onto the Backrest Supports ( #7).
A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#10) to the front of Main Seat Support ( #3). Secure it w ith a Hex Socket Ax le (#23) and Hex Socket Screw (#24). Attach one Spring Clip (#14) onto the weig ht post on the Leg Developer . B.) Insert the two Foam Roll Tubes (#11) halfway through the holes on the Leg D eveloper .
