A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) NOTE: Do not tighten the Nuts and Bol ts until instr ucted to do so.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the R ear Vertic al Beam (#23) onto the C ross Brace (#20) . Attach the W eight Glide Post (#22) to the Rear Vertical Beam and Cross Brace. Al ign the hol es and secure them with tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Carri age Bolts ( #93), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#82), and M10 Air craft Nuts (#99).

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Butter fly Base (#24) and Butterfly Pul ley Br acket (#33) to the R ear Vertical Beam (#23). Ali gn the holes and secur e them with tw o M10 x 2 ½” C arriag e Bolts (#92), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#82), and M 10 Aircr aft Nuts (#99).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) N ote: Help of another person is strongl y recommended for this step. Place the W eight Lifting Sleeve ( #38) in betw een the two Safety Stop Frames (#37).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach a 124” Cable (#51) to the f ront opening on the Upper Frame (#21). Attach a Pul ley (#74) to the opening . Secure it with one M10 x 2 1/8” Allen Bolt (#87) , two Ø 7/8” Bushings ( #79), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#99) .

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 79” Butter fly Cabl e (#52) to the cli p on the Left Butterfly (#25). D raw the Cable to the left Butterfly Pulley Bracket (#33).
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one 124” Cable ( #51) to the low er opening on the Rear Ver tical Beam (#23) . Attach a Pulley to the opening. Secur e it w ith M10 x 2 3/8” Allen Bol t (#88), tw o Ø 1” Bushings (#78), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut ( #99).
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Attach the Main Seat Support (#1) to the Front & Rear Stabiliz ers (#3 & #4). B.) Secur e each end wi th two M 10 x 3 1/8” C arriag e Bolts (#94), one 4 ¾” Cur ve Br acket (#8), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#82), and tw o M10 Air craft Nuts (#99).
STEP 9 (See Diagram 9) A.) D o not tighten all nuts and bolts until instr ucted to so. B.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder (#2) to the M ain Seat Support. Secure i t with tw o M10 x 3 1/8” Carr iage Bolt s (#94), one 6 ¼” Curv e Bracket (#9), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#82), and tw o M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#99).
STEP-10 (See Diagram 10) A.) Attach the Leg D eveloper (#7) to the Leg Devel oper Holder (#2). Secure i t wi th one M10 x 3 1/8” Allen Bol t (#90), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#82), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#99) . Do not over ti ghten the nut and bolt.
STEP-11 (See Diagram 11) A.) Attach the Arm Cur l Pad (#14) to the Ar m Curl Stand (#13). Secure it with tw o M8 x ¾” Allen Bolts ( #96) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#81). B.) Insert the Arm C url Stand into the openi ng on the Leg Devel oper Holder . Use a Lock Knob (#58) to secure i t in position.
