A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that two or more people assemble this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Do not tighten the nuts and bolts until instructed to do so.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Ver tical Fr ame (#2) onto the Mai n Frame (#1). Secur e them with two M 10 x 2 ¾ ” Carri age Bolts ( #46), one 5 ½” x 2” Bracket (#12), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#59), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#56) . B.) Sl ide 14 W eight Plates (#40) onto the Gui de Rods (#10).

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Fr ont Press (#4) to the U pper Frame (#3) . Secure it w ith one Front Press Ax le (#27), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#59), and tw o M10 Airc raft Nuts (#56). Do not ov er tighten the Nuts. Make sure th e Front Press can mov e smoothly .
STEP-4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat Pad ( #31) to the Seat Support ( #17). Secure it w ith two M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts (#52) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#58). B.) Inser t two Foam Tubes (#13) halfway through the holes on Front Post (#6) and Leg Devel oper (#7).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 182” Upper C able (#41) to the front openi ng on the Upper Frame (#3). NOTE: The Ball Stopper on the Cable needs to be underneath the Frame.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 110” Low er Cable (#42) to the openi ng on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#7). B.) Attach a Pull ey (#26) to the opening. Secur e it w ith one M10 x 2 ½” Al len Bolt (#53), tw o Ø 7/8” Bushings (#23), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#56).
