HARDWARE PACK 3.
A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the two U prig ht Beams (#1) by a Cross Brace (#2) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder (#5) to the Front Stabilizer (#4). Secure it w ith three M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolt s (#47) and ∅ ¾” W ashers (#52). B.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#3) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#5) .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Bracket (#13) to the pi vot on the Mai n Seat Support (#3). Push tw o Bushings ( #22) throug h the holes on the Seat Bracket into both ends of the piv ot. B.) Attach Backrest Incline Suppor t (#7) in betw een the two Backrest Supports (#6) and insert both ends into the side- holes on the Backrest Supports.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#14) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#5). Secur e it w ith an Axle ( #39), tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #47), and two Ø ¾” W ashers (#52). B.) Inser t one Foam Tube (#12) halfw ay thr ough the hole on the Leg Dev eloper Hol der.
