A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Thread the Knob Bolt (#15) i nto the hole in the font of the Base Frame (#1). Turn the Knob Bolt clockw ise to secure the Pedal s (#13). Note: The heig ht of the pedals can be adjusted by tur ning the Knob.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Connect the C omputer Sensor W ire (#21) from Low er Frame (#5) to the Computer Sensor W ire (#21) from Upper Fr ame (#4). B.) Insert the U pper Frame into the Low er Frame. Secure it w ith four M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#32), four Ø 5/8” Lock W ashers (#37), and four Ø 5/8” Curv ed W ashers (#36).

Fast enoug h to reach and stay in i ts “targ et zone”, a r ange of beats per minute that is l argel y deter mined by our age and physical condition. Side stretches Open your ar ms to the side and continue li fting them until they are over your head. Reach your rig ht arm as far upw ard toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Feel the stretch up your r ight si de. Repeat this action w ith your left arm.
Calf/A chilles stretch Lean against a w all with y our left leg in front of the rig ht and your ar ms forwar d. Keep your right l eg strai ght and the left foot on the floor. Then bend the left leg and lean forw ard by moving your hips tow ard the wal l.
