A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTI ON Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Two Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Place the Rig ht Base Frame (#31) on a flat sur face.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Rig ht Upper Fr ame (#1) onto the Ri ght Verti cal Frame ( #4). Secure it w ith tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolts (#98), one 4 ¾ ” x 2 ¾” Bracket ( #25), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#100), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#102) .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Front Pr ess Base (#2) to the Rig ht Upper Fr ame (#1). Secure i t with one 6 ¾ ” Front Press Base Ax le (#29), tw o Ø 1 ¼” x Ø 3/8” W ashers (#70), and tw o M10 Air craft Nuts (#102). D o not over ti ghten the Nuts; make sure the Base i s able to sw ivel .

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat Pad (#42) to the Seat Post (#6). Secure i t wi th two M8 x 1 5/8” Al len Bolts (#85) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#101). B.) Insert the Seat Post i nto the opening on the Ri ght Seat Support ( #7). Secure it w ith a Lock Knob (#73) to lock the Seat Post at desir ed height.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Right Butter fly (#10) onto the axl e on the Butterfly Base (#13) . B.) Insert the Butterfly Handle (#9) into the piv ot on the Rig ht Butterfly. Secure i t wi th one M10 x ¾” All en Bolt (#95) and Ø 1 ¼” x Ø 3/8” W asher (#70) from the bottom.
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Do not tig hten all Nuts and Bol ts in this Step until instructed to do so. B.) Attach the Left Vertical Fr ame (#33) onto the Left Base Frame (#32) . Secure it w ith tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Carri age Bolts ( #98), one 4 ¾” x 2 ¾” Bracket (#25) , two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#100), and two M 10 Aircraft Nuts (#102) .
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7) A.) Attach the Left Upper Frame ( #34) onto the Left Vertical Fr ame (33). Secur e it w ith two M 10 x 2 ¾” Carri age Bolts ( #98), one 4 ¾” x 2 ¾” Bracket (#25) , two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#100), and two M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#102) .
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Attach the Left Seat Support (#35) onto the Left Base Frame ( #32). Secure it w ith one M 10 x 3 ½” Carri age Bolt ( #99), Ø ¾” W asher (#100), and M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#102). B.) Attach the Left Seat Support to the Left Vertical Fr ame (#33).
STEP 9 (See Diagram 9) A.) Attach the Leg Pr ess Frame (#36) to the br acket on the Left Base Frame (#32). Secure i t wi th an Axle ( #15), tw o M10 x ¾ ” Allen Bol ts (#95), and tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#100). B.) Insert the Leg Press Adjustment Frame ( #40) into the Leg Pr ess Frame.
STEP 10 (See Diagram 10 & Front Press Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 140” Front Press C able (#48) to the br acket underneath the Rig ht Upper Frame ( #1). Secure it w ith one M 10 x 1” Al len Bolt (#94) , two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#100), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut ( #102).

STEP 11 (See Diagram 11 & Low er Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 157” Low er C able (#46) to the l ower opening on the Leg Devel oper (#8) . Attach a Pulley (#67) to the opening . Secure it w ith one M 10 x 2 5/8” Al len Bolt ( #92), two Ø 7/8” x 5/8” Pul ley Bushi ngs ( #56), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#102).

STEP 13 (See Diagram 13 and Upper Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 130’” Upper Cabl e (#44) to the front opening on the Left Upper Frame (#34) . Attach a Pulley (#67) to the opening . Secure it w ith one M 10 x 3 ½ ” Allen Bol t (#90), tw o Ø 7/8” x 1” Pulley Bushings (#53), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#102) .
