A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended that tw o or more people assemble this machine to avoid possible inj ury.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Plug a Front Leg End Cap (#19) onto the bottom of Front Leg (#5). Attach the Front Leg to the Main Seat Suppor t (#3). Secur e it wi th three M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#30) and three Ø 5/8” W ashers (#35). DO NOT tighten the Bolts yet.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Devel oper (#7) to the Fr ont Leg (#5). Secure it w ith one M8 x 3 1/8” Allen Bolt ( #31), tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#35), and one M8 Airc raft Nut (#39). B.) Insert two Foam Tubes (#11) halfway through the hol es on the Leg Dev eloper.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Backrest Supports (#12) onto both ends of the piv o t on the Main Seat Support (#3). Place the other end rest against the Backr est Adjustment Bar (#9) . B.) Place the Backrest Board (#26) onto the Backrest Supports.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad ( #24) to the Arm Cur l Stand (#6) . Secure it w ith two M 8 x 5/8” Al len Bolts (#30) and two Ø 5/8” W ashers (#35). B.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the top opening on the Front Leg ( #5). Use a Lock Knob (#14) to hold the Ar m Curl Stand i n position.
