A SSEM BLY INSTRUCTI ON Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach tw o Ø 2 ½” Rubber Bumpers ( #88) to the holes on the Mai n Base Frame (#1).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Connect the Main Base Frame (#1) to both the Front & Rear Stabilizers (#5 & 4). Secure each end with tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Carri age Bolts ( #109), one 4 ¾” x 2” Bracket (#44), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#124), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#128).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Pl ace the Swi vel Fr ame (#11) onto the ax le on the Main Base Frame (#1). Secur e it wi th one M10 x ¾ ” Allen Bolt (#120) and Ø ¾ ” W asher (#124). B.) Attach the Foot Suppor t (#12) to the Mai n Base Frame. Attach the 4” x 2” Bracket (#42) to the opposite side on the Mai n Base Frame.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Butter fly Support Fr ame (#15) to the front of the Front Vertic al Beam (#7). Attach the Butterfly Pull ey Suppor t (#16) to the back of the Front Vertic al Beam (#7). Al ign the hol es and secure them wi th two M 10 x 3 ¾ ” Carr iage Bol ts (#107), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#124), and M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#128).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Instal l 19 W eight Plates (#58). To install the plates, hold the plate at an ang le and place between the two Guide R ods (#10) then dr op it dow n. Make sure the gr ooves on the pl astic cover s all face up. The plates should all interlock w ith each other.
STEP6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Attach the Bench Pr ess Base (#14) to the opening on the Rear Vertical Beam ( #6). Carefully place two ∅ 1 ½” x Ø 1” W ashers (#132) in betw een the Base and the Rear Vertical Beam. Ali gn the holes and insert a 9” Axle ( #32).
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7) A.) Slide the Sli ding Block ( #37) onto the Main Seat Suppor t (#2). Thread a Lock Knob (#87) into the hole on the Sliding Block to hold it in position. B.) Attach the rear end of Main Seat Support ( #2) to the open bracket on the Fr ont Vertical Beam (#7).
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Attach Backrest Board (#48) to the Front Vertic al Beam (#7). Secur e it w ith two M 8 x 3 3/8” Allen Bolts ( #115) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#125). B.) Attach the Adjustable Backrest Board ( #49) to the Backrest Suppor ts (#25).
STEP 9 (See Diagram 9) A.) Attach the two W eight Stack Cov ers (#39) to the Top Socket Assembly (#9) and Main Base Frame (#1). Secur e each Cover wi th two M10 x ¾” Allen Bolts ( #120) and Ø ¾” W ashers (#124).

STEP 10 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 10) A.) Attach one end of the 143” Butterf ly Cable (#56) to the Clip on the Butterfly Pulley Bracket (#17) on the right si de. Draw the Cable to the Butterfly Pulley Support (#16). B.) Attach a Pulley (#66) to the open bracket.
STEP 11 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 11) A.) Attach the 118” Upper Cabl e (#52) to the front opening on the Upper Frame (#8). Attach a Pulley to the opening. Secur e the Pulley wi th one M10 x 2 ½ ” Allen Bolt (#117), tw o Ø 7/8” Pulley Bushings ( #70), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#128) .

STEP 12 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 12) A.) Attach the Bal l-end of the 163” AB Cabl e (#55) to the opening on the Front Vertical Beam (#7). Attach a Pull ey to the opening . Secure it with one M10 x 2 ½” Allen Bolt (#117), tw o Ø 7/8” Pulley Bushing s (#70), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#128).

STEP 13 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 13) A.) Attach one end of the 78” Bench Press Cable (#54) to a Sing le Floating Pulley Bracket (#35). Secure it w ith one M10 x 1” All en Bolt (#114), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#124), and one M10 Aircr a f t Nut (#128).
STEP 14 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 14) A.) Attach the 163” Lower Cable (#53) to the Swivel Fr ame (#11). B.) Instal l a Pulley to the bracket on the Swiv el Frame w ith one M10 x 1 ¾” Al len Bolt (#113), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#124), one L-shaped Br acket (#46) and one M 10 Aircraft Nut (#128).
