A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the two U prig ht Beams (#1) by a Cross Brace (#2) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Do not tighten the Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so. B.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#1) to Cross Brace ( #2). Secure it w ith two M10 x 3 1/8” Carri age Bolt ( #26), one Bracket (#14) , two Ø ¾ ” W asher (#35), and two M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#33).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#5) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#4). Secur e it w ith one M8 x 2 ¾ ” Allen Bol t (#29), tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#36), and one M8 Air craft Nut (#34). Do not over t ighten the Nut and Bolt. Make sure th e Leg Developer is able to swivel.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Sl iding Bl ock (#7) to the Mai n Seat Support (#3). Secur e it w ith one M10 x 4” H ex Bol t (#30), one Ø ¾” W asher (#35), and one M10 Airc raft Nut (#33). B.) Attach the pi vot on the Backrest Suppor t (#9) to the br acket on Main Seat Support.
Step-5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Backr est Board (#18) to Backr est Support (#9). Secur e it with four M6 x ¾ ” Hex Bolts (#38) and four Ø ½” W a shers (#37). B.) Attach the Seat Pad ( #39) onto the Main Seat Suppor t (#3). Secur e it wi th four M6 x 1 ¼ ” Hex Bolts (#32) and four Ø ½” W a shers (#37).
