4 A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Main Fra m e (#1) to th e Front St a bilizer (#2).
5 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide the Slidi ng Block ( #5) onto the Incline Adj ustment Bar (#4). B.) Attach both ends of Incline Adj ustment Bar to the open brackets on the Mai n Frame (#1). Secure each end w ith one M10 x 2 ½” Carri age Bolt ( #22), Ø ¾” W a sher (#27), and M10 Airc raft Nut (#28).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the l ower hol es on the Backrest Supports ( #7) to the piv ot on the Sliding Block (#5). Secure them w ith one M12 x 5 ¾” Allen Bolt (#19), tw o ∅ 1” W a shers (#25), and one M12 Airc raft Nut (#26). B.) Attach the Seat Suppor t Frame (#6) to the hole on the Backrest Support ( #7).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Inser t the Foam Tube (#10) halfw ay thr ough the hole on the Mai n Frame (#1) . Push two Foam Rol ls (#12) onto the Foam Tube from both ends. Plug the Foam Roll End Caps ( #11) into the ends. B.) Pl ace the Seat (#8) onto the Seat Support Fr ames (#6).
