A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left & Right U pright Beams ( #1 & 2) by a Cross Brace ( #3) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach M ain Seat Support (#4) to the Cross Brace ( #3). Secure it w ith a 4 3/8” x 1 ¾” Bracket (#19), tw o M10 x 2 ½” C arriag e Bolts (#42), two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#39), and two M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#50). B.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder (#5) to the M ain Seat Support (#4) .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg D eveloper (#11) to the Leg Devel oper Holder (#5). Secur e it wi th an Axl e (#54), tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#47), and tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#39). B.) Insert tw o Foam T ubes (#14) halfway thr ough the holes on the Leg Developer.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the tw o side-holes on the two Backr est Supports (#13) to the pi vot on the M ain Seat Support (#4). Al ign the hol es and secure it w ith one M12 x 7 ¼” H ex Bolt ( #44), two ∅ 1” W ashers (#40), and one M 12 Aircr aft Nut (#51).
