A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Adj ustable Wrench and A llen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Rear Stabilizer (#33) and the Base Frame (#45) to the Main Stabilizer (#35).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Al ign the r ear of Upper Frame ( #8) to the Rear Ver tical Beam (#19). Attach the Top Socket Assembly ( #14) to the joint. Secur e it wi th four M12 x 3 1/8” Carri age Bolts (#11), ∅ 1” W ashers (#12), and M12 Ai rcraft Nuts (#13) .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Insert the tw o Guide Rods (#18) into the holes on the Main Stabilizer (#35). Slide two Rubber W ashers (#26) onto the Guide Rods from the top. NOTE: W D-40 or simi lar lubric ant might be needed to r educe friction. B.) Sl ide tw o Guide Rod Sleev es (#28) and two Rubber Bumpers (#27) onto the Guide Rods (#18).

STEP 4 (See Cable Loop & Diagram 4) A.) Attach the 119” Upper C able (#10) to the front opening on the Upper Frame (#8). Make sure the ball stopper on the Cable i s under the opening . B.) Attach a Pul ley ( #9) to the opening. Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 ½” Al len Bolt (#7) , two Bushings ( #6), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#5) .
